📜 Luckygem Community – Terms of Service

All members must adhere to the Luckygem Code of Conduct. This includes respectful communication, no hate speech, no harassment, and maintaining a positive environment. The Luckygem community is built on mutual respect; any violation may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

We encourage constructive feedback and lively debate, but personal attacks, trolling, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Moderators have the final say in interpreting these guidelines.

All user-generated content (text, images, links) posted on Luckygem platforms is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content that violates our policies.

Content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or infringes on intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. Repeated violations will lead to a permanent ban from the Luckygem ecosystem.

Clans operating under the Luckygem banner must follow specific regulations:

• Clan names and tags must be appropriate and not infringe on trademarks.
• Clans are responsible for the conduct of their members during tournaments and events.
• Any clan found to be using cheats or exploits will be permanently disbanded from Luckygem.
• Clan leaders must maintain active rosters and communicate with event organizers.

Beyond the general guidelines, the Luckygem Code of Conduct includes:

• Fair Play: No use of third-party cheats, scripts, or hardware modifications.
• Sportsmanship: Win or lose, show grace. Salt is fine, but toxicity is not.
• Inclusivity: We welcome players of all backgrounds. Discrimination of any kind will lead to immediate expulsion.
• Privacy: Do not share other members’ personal information without consent.

Any disputes between members, clans, or between a member and the Luckygem administration shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through our moderation team.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in accordance with French law. By joining Luckygem, you agree to waive the right to a class-action lawsuit.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. You must notify Luckygem immediately of any unauthorized use.

We collect minimal data required for community features (see Privacy Policy). You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

Luckygem reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members via Discord and email of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
